The Care Assistant Plus supports clients in a healthcare setting by providing personal care, housekeeping, and activities-of-daily-living assistance while promoting independence and respecting clients' wishes and autonomy. The role requires MBO level 2 Care Assistant training, knowledge of well-being and the target group, and social skills such as perseverance and patience. It offers flexible working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with gross pay of €16.24 to €17.48 per hour and opportunities for career advancement.
