Description
McGregor is hiring a full-time House Supervisor / Care Associate / STNA for its Assisted Living department in McGregor. The role reports to the Director of Resident Services and follows an every-other weekend and holiday shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities include supervising and evaluating Care Associates/STNAs, overseeing resident care, conducting resident rounds, assisting with staffing and scheduling, orienting new employees, monitoring quality and operations, supporting resident rights and person-centered care, communicating shift information, and providing direct resident care when needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in good standing, effective communication, leadership ability, and a commitment to resident safety and quality care.
