Description
The Care Companion provides person-centered support for residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health and behavior changes, documenting care needs, supporting social and wellness activities, performing household and environmental tasks, coordinating schedules and transportation, and maintaining compliance with care standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid/AED certification or the ability to complete it upon hire, familiarity with aging-related conditions, strong communication and documentation skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $23.50-$26.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage available from the first day of employment.
