VIVIO Health is hiring a full-time Care Concierge Coordinator to manage new and ongoing therapy cases, coordinate with providers and pharmacies, document member information, resolve complex inquiries, and advocate for members’ therapy needs. The role requires at least three years of healthcare or customer-service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for two full-time shifts. Training is virtual and in person, with the third week onsite in Hayward, California, and the position offers a base pay of $24 per hour, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) employer match.
