US Tech Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Case Manager for a six-month full-time W-2 assignment. The role coordinates patient care, supports insurance approvals, appeals, and reimbursement, assists with patient assistance and copay programs, communicates with healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies, educates patients and providers on coverage and therapy access, maintains case documentation, and helps remove barriers to treatment. The position requires at least three years of experience in healthcare case management or a related field, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication, advocacy, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, as are Spanish language skills.
