The role supports patient care by welcoming patients, managing appointment flow, responding to phone calls and emails within two hours and within 24 hours, and guiding patients through the out-of-network experience. Candidates should have customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, hospitable approach; a BA or BS degree is preferred but not required.
