ADVENT is hiring a full-time Care Coordinator in Naperville, Illinois to serve as the primary patient-contact point, guide patients through treatment and insurance matters, resolve care barriers, coordinate scheduling and follow-ups, monitor adherence, and discuss costs and payments. The role requires customer engagement experience, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field or at least two years of equivalent experience, insurance and benefits knowledge, medical terminology proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position offers a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule, 32–40 hours per week, and a salary of $20.00–$25.00.
