ADVENT is hiring a full-time Care Coordinator for its South Nashville clinic. The role serves as the primary patient contact, guides patients through treatment plans, resolves care barriers, advocates on insurance and financial matters, coordinates scheduling and follow-ups, monitors adherence, and supports clinic workflow. The position requires at least two years of healthcare treatment coordination or similar patient-facing experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, medical terminology knowledge, Microsoft Office and electronic health records proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. It includes in-person coverage at the South Nashville clinic and virtual coverage of other Tennessee clinics when needed, with a Tuesday–Friday schedule and a stated salary of $20.87–$25.00.
