Amsta is hiring a Care Coordinator for its De Keyzer residential care location in Amsterdam Center-East. The role coordinates care for older adults with dementia, residents with physical disabilities, and those receiving palliative care; it leads care plans, monitors care quality, coaches colleagues, identifies changes in care needs, and collaborates with treatment professionals, relatives, and other disciplines.
