Description
The Non-Clinical Occupational Medicine Care Coordinator will coordinate workers' compensation cases by reviewing medical documentation, verifying treatments against authorized care plans, maintaining EMR records, communicating with providers, employers, insurers, and patients, supporting billing and claim processes, and assisting with employer protocols. The role is remote, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and requires a high school diploma, occupational medicine or related business experience, strong documentation and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; a bachelor's degree and EMR experience are preferred.
