Description
The Care Management Support Associate provides non-clinical student support within Counseling Services at Berea College, including intake assessments, basic-needs identification, resource navigation, referrals, follow-up, advocacy, and coordination with campus and community partners. The role also supports the Health Education Advocacy Resource Team and maintains case records. It is designed for a recent Berea College graduate and includes structured training, supervision, and experiential learning.
