Anglicare is hiring a permanent full-time Care Manager for Brian King Gardens in Castle Hill. The role oversees the clinical team and residents’ health outcomes, ensures clinical standards and Anglicare policies are followed, supports person-centred care, communicates with multidisciplinary staff and families, and mentors staff. Applicants need current AHPRA nursing registration, experience as a Care Manager or senior Registered Nurse in aged care, leadership and delegation skills, knowledge of aged-care accreditation standards, and a commitment to Anglicare’s Christian values; postgraduate study in geriatrics, dementia, or palliative care is highly desirable.
