Description
The Caregiver provides full-time and/or part-time personal care and daily-life support to residents at Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living. Duties include bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, meals, activities, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, documentation, and reporting changes in resident condition. The role reports to the Health & Wellness Director, requires certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid, and prefers experience with the elderly population and dementia. The part-time schedule is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every other weekend, with hourly pay of $21.00–$23.00 and benefits including paid time off, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, an employee assistance program, and free parking.
