Description
The Care Manager is a per diem, non-exempt, hourly position reporting to the Health & Wellness Director. The role provides personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, meal and activity escorting, behavior management, documentation, and immediate reporting of resident condition changes. It requires certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid, with elderly-care experience preferred and dementia experience preferred. The schedule is Monday through Sunday with shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and the salary range is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
