Description
The Care Manager assists residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, meals, activities, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, and socialization. The role reports to the Health & Wellness Director, works open shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and pays $20.00–$21.00. A Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid credential is required in New Jersey, while dementia experience is preferred.
