Alan is hiring a Care Ops professional to support its global Care Community across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. The role owns care tooling and operational efficiency, including performance monitoring, contact-channel projects, process optimization, automation and AI use cases, tooling-stack management, and external-provider partnerships. Candidates should have strong English and French communication skills, project management and leadership abilities, process-optimization experience, data analytics skills, and interest in no-code, AI, and tooling; SQL proficiency is highly desirable.
