Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner for its Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose in Copley, Ohio. The role pays $19–$24 per hour and follows a rotating schedule covering Monday through Sunday, with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities include creating human connection with residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, and supporting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and recovery after a fall.
