Description
The Care Professional provides reference nursing care and support for older people, assesses individual care needs, plans and implements care, documents measures, responds to changes in assistance needs, and collaborates with families, caregivers, physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a recognized Care Professional qualification, shift work, empathy, reliability, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills, and offers AVR-C remuneration, a 30-day vacation allowance, a five-day workweek, employer-funded pension, occupational health management, and support systems.
