AWO is hiring a part-time Care Reference Person (reference support) for its Day Structure and Support Group at the Victor-Lenel facility in Mannheim. The role combines household and kitchen coordination with work-therapy instruction, day-structure planning, participant support, inventory management, documentation, and collaboration with education, therapy, and nursing teams. It requires Occupational Support Specialist or Work Therapist qualification, a valid driver’s license, an expanded police clearance certificate, and a current first-aid course; experience supporting people with mental impairments is desirable. The position is 30 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00, with no weekend shifts except for events.
