Portfolio Homecare Ltd is hiring a Care Support Apprentice to provide personal care, companionship, light domestic support, shopping, transfers, and medication assistance to clients in their own homes. The 18-month Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship pays £8.00 per hour, with an automatic pay increase after one year for apprentices aged 19 or older, and includes online training supported by a dedicated tutor. The role is based at the Hoddesdon business centre, requires 30 hours per week, and seeks a caring, reliable, communicative, and team-oriented candidate; some caring experience, a driving licence and car, and GCSE English or Maths are desirable.
