Caremark Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire is hiring a Care Support Apprentice for a 13-month Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Standard. The role provides personal care, companionship, light domestic work, shopping, transfers, and medication administration to clients in their own homes, with 30 hours per week and shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7am and 10pm. The apprentice will receive online training, work from the Bourn, Cambridgeshire location, and earn £8.00 per hour, with an automatic pay increase after one year for apprentices aged 19 or older. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential; caring experience, GCSE English and Maths, and a positive, reliable attitude are desired or beneficial. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment.
