Daymark Health is hiring a Care Team Manager for Detroit to lead daily clinical operations for a multidisciplinary oncology care team. The role oversees staffing, scheduling, SOP adherence, hiring and staff development, performance metrics, patient care delivery across virtual, in-person, and at-home settings, escalated patient issues, provider partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives supporting market growth. It is an in-office Monday–Friday role with expected annual compensation of $120,000–$150,000.
