Bartiméus is hiring a Care Team Manager to lead approximately 40 care professionals serving clients with visual and intellectual disabilities in Zeist and Doorn. The role combines people leadership, quality, safety, continuity, personnel and financial operations, client coordination, and improvement initiatives, while also contributing to care development and transformation. It offers a permanent contract of 32–36 hours per week, with a maximum salary of €5,926 at 36 hours, and requires relevant higher professional education, several years of leadership experience, change-management and team-development experience, and willingness to take on-call shifts.
