Beacon Specialized Living is hiring a Care Team Manager to lead an adult residential group home serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees daily operations, compliance, staffing, employee development, facility maintenance, documentation, medication administration, and person-centered care while collaborating with clinical leaders, guardians, medical providers, regulators, and interdisciplinary teams. A high school diploma or GED is required; related college education and leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services are preferred.
