Description
The Care Worker will provide daily care for elderly, dementia, and mentally ill residents at the residential and nursing home in Zeulenroda-Triebes, following care plans and facility standards. Responsibilities include nursing documentation, interdisciplinary care planning, contact with family and care representatives, and housekeeping. The role is permanent, 30–35 hours per week in a three-shift system, and requires willingness to work weekends, Sundays, and public holidays.
