Texas Instruments is hiring a Financial Analyst to lead financial forecasting, efficiency improvements, reporting enhancements, risk and profitability analyses, and financial modeling across Manufacturing, Business Unit, or Financial Planning. The role partners cross-functionally, ensures financial compliance and result integrity, explains operational and financial relationships, provides strategic business insights, and improves financial processes through automation. A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business degree and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher are required; internal controls, Excel, SAP, analytical skills, communication, collaboration, initiative, and attention to detail are preferred.
