The role may involve fab process control analysis, failure analysis, product quality problem resolution, customer return management, or reliability qualification and problem solving. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, along with strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and customer-interface skills.
