The Career Advancement Specialist supports alumni of Next Step Internship Program and Human Services Training programs by managing employed alumni, providing individualized career coaching, facilitating workshops, developing employer and educational partnerships, and tracking employment outcomes. The role requires at least 3–4 years of experience in workforce development, career services, case management, or employment and training programs, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and offers a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 per year.
