The role also manages job-preparation workshops, coordinates with schools and business services, supports intake and compliance, prepares reports, and helps improve program operations. It requires two years of career-advisement and development experience, customer-service experience, case-management and database-management skills, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
