Description
The Career Advisor supports job seekers and employers at Goodwill SOLAC Community Career Centers by providing job readiness, resume development, interview coaching, screening, assessments, recruitment, job development, and placement follow-up. The role also assesses regional employer needs, coordinates with employment agencies and government offices, represents Goodwill at business and community events, and monitors program quality. It is based at the corporate office while serving Southern Los Angeles County locations, requires occasional evening and weekend work, and targets 20 job seekers and 10 placements per month per center.
