Fedcap Families is hiring a Career Advisor to support program participants from referral through employment, developing individualized career plans, building trusting relationships, coordinating referrals, preparing employment materials, and completing administrative documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED plus equivalent experience, at least one year of relevant experience, cultural sensitivity, trauma-informed knowledge, strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid US driver’s license. The position offers a minimum starting salary of $46,000, health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits, and follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.
