Description
The employer is hiring a permanent career coach for 19 hours per week to deliver career-orientation and application-training seminars, motivate participants toward employment, create individual skills profiles, provide one-to-one coaching, support company outreach for internship placements, and handle documentation and administrative tasks. The role requires vocational or school education, at least 100 hours of trainer or coaching qualification, current gender and diversity certificates, strong communication and IT skills, and an independent working style; experience in the AMS context is advantageous. The salary is €3,453.01 gross per month on a full-time basis, with relevant prior service time credited.
