Catch22 is seeking an experienced Career Coach to join their employability program, funded by Shell. The role involves supporting service users in progressing into apprenticeships, employment, education, and training opportunities, specifically focusing on Net Zero Careers. The coach will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with an experienced employability team. Key responsibilities include participant induction, assessment, CV preparation, job applications, vacancy matching, interview preparation, ongoing support, and participation in workshops and seminars.
