The Career Coach – Special Grants Program supports individuals in achieving sustainable employment through career planning, job placement, training guidance, case management, and program compliance for workforce programs such as WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, and Youth. The role coordinates career plans, individualized training accounts, assessments, budgets, eligibility determinations, referrals, workshops, reporting, and customer progress tracking while collaborating with business services and serving walk-in applicants at Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance/CareerSource Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida.
