Marion Goodwill Industries is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide career counseling, job development, on-site job coaching, skills training, and ongoing support to consumers seeking sustainable employment. The role includes developing Individualized Plans for Employment, coordinating with employers, maintaining case records, participating in compliance activities, and building relationships with referral sources and community partners. An associate degree is preferred or 3+ years of related experience, along with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, independent and collaborative work, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and drug/alcohol screening.
