Description
The Career Developer establishes and maintains a network of job development and pre-employment services for FCRP participants, including expungement and Certificate of Rehabilitation guidance, resume writing, interview preparation, job search, placement, employer coordination, and ongoing employment support. The role requires a degree in Social Sciences or a related field or a high school diploma and equivalent, plus two years of experience as a job developer or in a similar position, along with knowledge of the criminal record expungement process. The position is generally performed in an indoor office setting and may require local travel.
