Description

Montana State University is hiring one Career Development Coordinator for its LIFE Scholars program. The role supports students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment, developing internship opportunities, preparing career profiles, coordinating employer partnerships, and providing job coaching and workplace supports. It is a classified, non-exempt contract position at 1.0 FTE during the academic year and 0.2 FTE during the summer, paying $24.388 per hour. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, plus demonstrated experience supporting employment and building employer relationships, is required; a master’s degree and additional employment-support experience are preferred. The position is not eligible for sponsorship, and continuation depends on funding availability.
