Ability Beyond is hiring a Career Development Program Manager for its Employment Services team in Waterbury, Connecticut. The role supervises assigned Career Development staff, supports participants and program goals, manages referrals, employment plans, documentation, billing, funding relationships, quality assurance, and staffing needs, and may pursue new funding streams. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., supports all service areas, requires a car, and pays $62,500 per year.
