White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee for its 12–18 month Career Development Program. The role provides rotational assignments, on-the-job training, leadership and operations development, customer-facing experience, and exposure to senior leadership. Trainees receive a Regional Advocate, mentor, and process coaches, and must be able to start between March and June.
