Description
White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of its 12–18 month Career Development Program. The role provides rotational assignments, on-the-job training, leadership and operations training, systems training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership. The trainee will develop skills across warehouse, customer service, management, and other business areas, culminating in a capstone project. Preferred qualifications include relocation willingness, a March–June start window, strong operations and communication skills, and experience leading or building a team.
