Description
The Career Facilitator in the Workforce Development department helps participants with disabilities and other barriers obtain, maintain, and advance in competitive employment. The role facilitates workshops and classroom instruction on modern job-search techniques, employment readiness, career advancement, social skills, resumes, and work readiness; assesses participant skills, develops training plans and materials, evaluates outcomes, provides job coaching and referrals, maintains case notes and reports in Goodtrak, and applies workforce-development laws, programs, and labor-market information. The position is professional hourly and non-exempt, with no stated employer or location.
