Valtir is hiring a full-time Career Fitter/Welder for its Fort Worth, Texas manufacturing plant. The role involves laying out, fitting, tacking, and welding metal parts; operating fabrication and automatic welding equipment; reading blueprints and shop drawings; inspecting work; and maintaining safety and production records. The position pays $21.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Applicants need at least one year of experience, must pass a welding test, and must be able to read specifications, use measuring tools, perform basic shop math, and lift 60 pounds.
