The ideal candidate will manage 10-15 clients per week, utilizing AI tools for research and maintaining strong administrative skills with CRM software. The counsellor should have 3-5+ years of career counselling experience, familiarity with HeartMath tools, expertise in anxiety and stress navigation, CBT training, and proficiency in sales and enrollment for coaching programs. They should be client-centered, emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and mission-aligned, with a genuine passion for empowering diverse client populations. Professional insurance coverage is mandatory, and the role requires effective remote counselling facilitation.
