Ability is hiring a part-time Career Guidance Supervisor to support the delivery of the Career Guidance service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. The role involves helping participants explore occupations, map their strengths, experience, and skills, and develop individual career plans in collaboration with study and career guidance counselors. The supervisor will also work with Ability’s managers and colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive work environment. The position requires at least one year of full-time post-secondary study and at least three years of full-time-equivalent experience in personnel management, recruitment or transition support, study and career guidance, personnel case management, work-life or labor-market issues, or social and group psychology and career guidance.
