The Career Navigator provides integrated workforce planning and case-management services to job seekers and career-center customers, helping them develop employment plans, assess employability, access training and job opportunities, and retain employment. The role includes customer interviews, coaching, referrals, home and site visits, service-provider coordination, documentation, reporting, and ongoing case management. It is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pays $21.00 to $25.00, and has potential to go hybrid. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least two years of staffing, recruiting, or workforce-development experience, one year of computer-systems experience, a valid driver's license, and adequate vehicle insurance are required.
