Gesher Human Services is hiring a Career Planner to provide case management and career development services to clients participating in job training and placement activities funded by grants such as WIOA, PATH, FAE&T, and Wagner-Peyser. The role includes developing service plans, conducting intake and eligibility assessments, administering vocational assessments, helping clients register for jobs and complete applications, maintaining reports and data, and partnering with business relationship coordinators to identify employer and training opportunities. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred, along with FCD or BSP certification and customer-service experience.
