Connecticut State Community College (CT State) is hiring a temporary, grant-funded, full-time Career Readiness Coordinator for CT State Norwalk. The role is on-site and focuses on developing employer partnerships, promoting career programs, supporting students with career-related internships and jobs, and advising students on career readiness and skill-building. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus at least two years of related experience, with preferred experience in employer relations, career services software, marketing/outreach, and managing internship or experiential learning programs.
