LabCentral is hiring a Career Readiness Lead to support participants in its Biotech Pathway Programs. The role coaches and mentors participants, facilitates workshops on professional communication, networking, resume building, and interview preparation, coordinates employer and industry-partner events, supports recruitment and retention, tracks program data, and prepares reports. The position is fully onsite during regular business hours with flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends, requires local travel, and offers a salary range of $57,000 to $74,000 plus an 8% performance-based bonus.
