Lincoln Tech is hiring a full-time, on-site Career Services Advisor at its Melrose Park Campus. The role manages employer relationships and job opportunities, coaches students and graduates through their job search, meets placement targets, runs workshops and job fairs, and coordinates hiring across departments. Candidates should have experience in sales, retail, restaurants, or fast-paced service environments; knowledge of skilled trades, transportation, or healthcare is a plus. The schedule includes three early shifts and two late nights until 8pm, with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays, and growth opportunities.
