Description
The Career Services Coordinator supports adult job seekers in the PACE program through individualized workforce development, including client intakes, assessments, career coaching, resume reviews, job readiness and workshop facilitation, referrals, and employment placement. The role manages an active caseload, maintains case documentation, coordinates schedules, collaborates with training and community partners, and meets performance benchmarks. A high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required, while bilingual ability and related education are preferred.
